Producer Profiles

Meet the producers behind the food

Every product we carry is backed by real people, a real place, and a real process — not just a SKU. These profiles are where you get to know them.

Quality you can trace to its source

We prioritize producers with a strong sense of identity, quality, and intention in how they make their food, whether they’re a small farmstead operation down the road or an established maker an ocean away.

Our goal is to connect you not just to products, but to the stories and values behind them, so you can make more informed and confident choices for your shelves, your menu, or your customers.

Relationships that grow over time

We build long-term relationships with producers through consistent communication, mutual trust, and a commitment to representing their products accurately and actively in the marketplace.

Over time, these relationships become true partnerships, where feedback flows both ways, and we grow alongside the producers we work with. That’s the difference you can taste, and the difference your customers will feel.
