Our Team

Behind every order, delivery, and recommendation is a team of people who genuinely care about food, and about getting it right. At Provisions International, you're never dealing with an automated system or a rotating call center. You're working with real people who know your account, understand your needs, and take ownership of the experience.

What We Bring to the Table

Our team combines formal credentials with deep, hands-on industry experience. That means every recommendation, product selection and order is backed by real knowledge.

  • 3 Certified Cheese Professionals (CCPs) on staff
  • International olive oil judging experience
  • Culinary backgrounds including a former cooking and baking school proprietor
  • Decades of combined experience across distribution, specialty retail, foodservice, and producer relationships
  • Deep product knowledge across cheese, charcuterie, pantry, and imported specialty foods
  • Strong producer relationships that provide insight into sourcing, quality, and seasonal availability

Customers benefit from both formal certification and hands-on industry experience in every interaction, not just when they ask for it.

How We Work With You

You'll work with a dedicated sales contact who knows your account — not whoever picks up the phone. Orders are placed by phone, email, or through Pepper (coming soon), and our team handles everything from product selection and substitutions to delivery updates and new item recommendations.

When something comes up, we respond in real time. No automated systems, no long delays, no getting passed around. Just a direct line to people who understand your business and are empowered to solve problems on the spot.

A Culture Built on Accountability

We operate as a highly collaborative team where accuracy, care and follow-through are expected at every step. When something goes wrong, and sometimes things do, the consistent approach is ownership. Everyone involved takes responsibility for making it right, quickly and transparently.

We love good food. We love the magic that happens around the table when meals are shared. That passion shows up in how we work, what we carry and how we treat every customer and producer we're lucky enough to serve.
