Partner With Provisions International

If you make something exceptional, we’d like to hear about it. We’ve been connecting producers with the right buyers since 1986 — and the relationships we’ve built along the way are still the heart of how we work.

What We Look For in a Producer Partner

A strong fit with Provisions comes down to three things: quality, consistency, and a clear sense of identity in the product.

We look for producers who are intentional about what they make, transparent about their process, and committed to long-term relationships rather than transactional sales. Whether you’re local, regional, or international, what matters most is that your product brings something distinctive to the market, and that it performs in real-world food service and retail settings.

We distribute across a wide range of categories — cheese, charcuterie, specialty imports, pantry staples, and more — and we’re always exploring what’s next.

Ready to Start a Conversation?

Producers interested in working with us should email our Purchasing Team with product information, a bit of background on your operation, and your current availability.

Our purchasing team reviews all submissions and will follow up to explore fit and next steps. We typically request samples as part of our evaluation process.

What It Looks Like to Work with Us

How the Onboarding Process Works

Here’s what to expect after you reach out:

Step 1

We start with a conversation. We start with a call or email exchange to understand your product, your story, and your goals.

Step 2

We look at fit honestly. We assess how your product fits within our existing catalog and customer base, not just whether it’s good, but whether it’s the right fit for our buyers.

Step 3

We work through the details together. Pricing structure, delivery logistics, order minimums. We go through it all so there are no surprises once you’re in the market.

Step 4

We introduce your product to the right buyers. Your product is introduced to our customer base through our sales team and promotional channels. We don’t add products and leave them to find their own audience.

Provisions feels more like a part of our business than an outside distributor.
