How It Works

  1. Reach out by phone or email to start the conversation

  2. Complete a short account application. We'll confirm your business details and service area

  3. Approval typically takes about a week

  4. Once approved, we'll set up your account and share your ordering and delivery details

  5. Your first two deliveries are COD; credit terms apply after that

  6. Place orders by phone, email, or through Pepper, our new online ordering platform (coming soon)

  7. You'll be connected with our team for ongoing support: ordering, product selection, substitutions, delivery coordination
